FIRST Capital Robot in 3 Days (Ri3D) is a new Robot in 3 Days team from York, PA backed by members and alumni of TechFire 225, Nemesis 2590, and other teams. The team is named after the build location, the USA's FIRST capital city.
The team builds out of FRC 225's build space, which includes a full practice field and a large supply of COTS materials. The team's goal is to build the best possible robot possible within the 3-day time-span, ideally a robot that would be picked in at least the 2nd round at the World Championship. The team is also focused on providing software resources to teams that will be useful during the build season. Cumulatively the team has over 70 years of FIRST experience.
