TechFire was honored to take part in the York Rescue Mission Children's Christmas Outreach event held at York Expo Center-Memorial Hall on Christmas Eve. For more than 40 years, the mission has been providing gifts of much needed items including backpacks and sleeping bags for underprivileged York County children.This year's theme was "Medieval Times" and TechFire members enjoyed dressing up to help distribute gifts to local children. The mission gave gifts to about 1,800 children this year. TechFire also collected blankets earlier in the month to help support the 12th annual York Rescue Mission Blanket Drive.
