Building Robots Building Engineers Building the Future
The Bronc Botz Robotics program is a challenging and engaging after-school activity designed to nurture innovative thinking and encourage careers in Science, Technology, Engineering and Math. In addition, our team strives to develop leadership and encourages service to others. To that end, we place a heavy emphasis on community outreach activities and charity. These activities foster a strong sense of community while instilling in each member of our team a passion for helping others and a desire to make the world a better place.
- STEM Outreach Programs
The Bronc Botz team continues to promote innovation and invention and is proud to have submitted an entry for the 2012 FIRST Future Innovator Award. We will continue to encourage development of creative ideas to help solve real-world problems, as well as encourage students to learn more about intellectual property and the process of obtaining patents.

We are also very grateful to our newest sponsor, M2 Global, for their generous in-kind donation as our sheet-metal fabricator and CNC shop. In addition, M2 Global engineer, Kyle Keith, has become an active mentor this season, providing invaluable insight and assistance in all aspects of robot design and fabrication.
We are also thankful for the continued support of KCI. The organization continues to provide financial assistance as well as mentorship from engineer, James Luckeymeyer. James has dedicated countless hours to helping our FTC teams during the build season. His leadership and real-world engineering expertise have inspired our students to build our award-winning FTC robots.
- Mentoring Robotics Teams
“One should guard against preaching to young people success in the customary form as the main aim in life. The most important motive for work in school and in life is pleasure in work, pleasure in its result and the knowledge of the value of the result to the community.”
